Meet Lucas

Admitted in 2010, Lucas has extensive experience in property, commercial, wills, estates administration and succession planning law.

Lucas has acted in a broad range of advisory positions with respect to off-the-plan, body corporate and rural property transactions. He also has extensive experience in commercial matters from small transactions, such as small family owned enterprises and franchises, to large transactions involving hotels, leases, assignments, joint venture arrangements, vendor finance, stakeholder and share sale agreements.

Lucas has been heavily involved with wills and estate planning matters, from simple wills to complex succession planning involving the review and establishment of asset structures, family trusts, self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs) (including associated duty considerations). Lucas immerses himself in his clients’ affairs and by focusing on both their legal and non-legal interests, and through careful planning and strategizing, he achieves long-term desired outcomes.

Lucas is always seeking a challenge to break down complex matters in a way that is cost effective and results focused.
